You want to do your own thing, or maybe you are already doing your own thing. You have questions and uncertainties, which is perfectly normal. When you are running your own business, a coach can help you work through many of the questions and hurdles that may be holding you and your business back from being everything you want it to be.
Starting a business is a dream of many people. If you are used to working in a company when you know you will get paid every two weeks and your benefits are covered, how do you make the transition to being an independent business person? It is scary!
I want to make sure I’m really clear on this. I am NOT a business consultant. I won’t be helpful to get your S-Corp set up, help you run your books, or do your social media campaign (though as an entrepreneur myself, I can make referrals for you). What I can do is help you work through all of those uncertainties in your mind and weigh your options when it comes to running a business.
In coaching, I will occasionally make a recommendation for you, but I will ALWAYS ask first if it is ok for me to do that. As your coach, I’m here to guide you through your Envisioneering Up Process so you can build the organization of your dreams.
Through coaching, I have helped a stay at home parent establish a successful, independent law practice.
I've worked with an internal marketing director and parent of two to leave a salaried position to build a healthy, six figure independent marketing firm.
I’m not a business consultant, I’m a coach. Coaching works.
